For clarity, the buildOptions keys inputPath and wrapTranslationsWithNamespace will be renamed to translationsDir and namespaceKeysByDir, respectively. Meanwhile, publicOnly (only relevant to @ember-intl/v1-compat) will become internal and derived from translationsDir.
