revisions of the source code.

Naming convention: emacs-BRANCH-TIMESTAMP-bin-CPU-OS

where:
* BRANCH is the name of the branch the source code was taken from.  If
  the name begins with "emacs-", that part is stripped out, to avoid
  duplication in the package name ("emacs-emacs-xxx").
* TIMESTAMP is the commit timestamp of the revision picked up, in ISO
  8601 format.
* CPU-OS describe the host machine (CPU and operating system).
