A focused patch on 3.8.0: restores Studio-selectable activation strategies, and stops interrupted-workflow recovery from spinning forever on instances that already finished.

Pair with elsa-studio 3.8.1 and elsa-extensions 3.8.1 when you use MongoDB/Dapper persistence or Studio.

🌟 Highlights

• Activation strategies work in Studio again: Built-in workflow activation strategies are registered as serialization type aliases, so choosing a strategy no longer fails with "Unknown serialization type alias". (#8049, [#8057])
• Interrupted recovery no longer requeues finished work: Finished instances are no longer treated as interrupted forever; marking interrupted is atomic against completion in the in-memory store. (#8052, [#8059])

⚠️ Breaking changes / upgrade notes

• None for typical hosts. If you ship custom IWorkflowInstanceStore providers (beyond the in-memory store), implement TryMarkInterruptedAsync before consuming Management packages that require it — Mongo and Dapper companions ship in elsa-extensions 3.8.1.

• Register built-in activation strategy serialization aliases so Studio and the API resolve strategy type names correctly. (#8049, [#8057])
• Stop InterruptedRecoveryScanner / drain paths from requeuing Finished+Interrupted instances; make in-memory TryMarkInterruptedAsync race-safe with terminal saves. (#8052, [#8059])
