Here are installers and portable builds of development versions of EiskaltDC++ which are suitable for MS Windows 7 and newer. Both 32-bit and 64-bit builds are available. The main difference between installers and portable builds is in dcppboot.xml. You may edit it in Notepad++ or any other advanced text editor.
