Вы не потрудились перевести установщик и интерфейс программы на английский язык (хотя он указан в свойствах проекта), поэтому и я не буду переводить отзыв на английский или немецкий. Ничего не понятно, интуитивно найти как переключить язык не нашел, внимания, однозначно, не заслуживает.
