As of 11-24-2014 (SVN revision 16418), unmodified EDK2 can be built
using the Windows hosted gcc 4.4 - 4.9 tool chains available here.
windows-hosted-gcc48-gcc49_10-28-2014.patch is obsolete and not
needed for current EDK2.
