This dataset is a labeled dataset of C-language function parameters from Kernel release v5.16. After inserting ‘const’ syntax into parameter declarations, we used the compiler as a labeling method: if the invocation of the edited file’s gcc command did not result in an error, we labeled the edited parameter as ‘not_written_to.’ By using this labeling method, this dataset contains a record of Kernel function parameters labeled by their in-function use. Ultimately, 43.24% of the dataset was classified as not written to; only 0.43% of this subset of parameters previously contained editing restrictions.
