EService Callback Test Release 1.1.0 - EServiceCallbackTest.sln and .csproj files updated to make the project compatible with Visual Studio versions 2013 and newer, as well as updated to .NET 4.5.1 Framework. - Implemented some logic for the local server to test. - Improved the logic for registering and unregistering the callback service, as well as providing more feedback to the user in case there is an error with the registration. - Added readme file to provide useful information.
