We need to generate a code coverage report every time our CI build runs on Hudson. In the past we have used Emma for this. My understanding is that Emma is no longer maintained and JaCoCo is its successor. However, I've been looking at the docs, and it seems that JaCoCo is just an eclipse plugin, so couldn't be ran from, say ant or Junit. The docs seem to say that I need to use Emma for this task, but I have concerns that it is no longer maintained.
Could you explain what I am missing here?
