e-Civil Readme

e-Civil is a simple demographic database where you can find information of citizens about birth, death, change of address and marital status. Registration of citizen will be done online.

Citizen can register directly to the database and get temporary confirmation message by e-mail. Details of birth, Death, marriage and change of address will not be available on the site unless they are ported in the main database after the verification of officials.

After the verification, citizen can get certificate in the governmental office.
