################ ## README.txt ## ################ EBprot version release notes: 1) Version 1.0.0 - EBprot_1.0.tar.gz Note: This is the file for the first release. 2) Version 1.0.1 - EBprot_1.0.1.tar.gz Note: In this version, minor edits to the source codes were made as there were reported problems running the multiplexed experimental design. 3) Version 1.1.0 - EBprot_1.1.0.tar.gz Note: In this version, we incorporated an outlier detection algorithm as an additional step to remove peptides (and/or proteins) with inconsistent ratios (+/- 4 reference standard deviation; see our paper). 4) Version 1.1.1 - EBprot_1.1.1.tar.gz Note: In this version, we allow the re-calibration and refit procedure to become optional for users to hasten the computation speed. Also, users can opt to turn off the plotting options for boxplots.
