EasyVideoCat is ffmpeg based program for cut fragments out of movies without reencoding.
For Windows 32/64х systems
This is an OpenSource program.
It's written in PHP.
Environment: DevelStudio 2012.

Notes:
It has not been tested under *nix machines. You can try to run DevelStudio environment under Linux, using Wine "emulator", for example and compile the source code.
