This theme adapation should be usable now, though there is
still plenty tweaking to be done: colours, icons, etc.

It's adapted from the default Dark theme. Version 0.50
works on E18, newer versions on E19.

XFCE-Custard is a simple XFCE/GTK2 theme using similar colours.
