Changelog for igbvf 2.0.4: - Correct compile error on gcc 4.x - Add compatibility for Linux 3.x kernels - Require mailbox handler to wait for ACK on all messages to the PF. This corrects a synchronization bug seen under Xen. - Refactor Adaptive Interrupt Throttle Rate code to work correctly and be more maintainable. This corrects some round-trip latency issues that had been reported by customers. - Allow for separate TX handler like igb. By default the driver uses queue pairs for RX and TX cleanup interrupts. With this change, the driver can be configured at compile time to allocate separate interrupts for TX and RX handling. This can, under some circumstances, improve throughput, at the cost of increased CPU utilization.
