These are MIPS-ELF cross compilers built on Linux.

After *LOTS* of experimentation, I found that binutils 2.18 and gcc 4.1.2 were enough to build CILO
the cisco boot loader, so I stuck with these versions.

The Windows compilers will cross built on Linux if that matters.
