The intent of this project is to create a mud client for use with mud.durismud.com:7777.

durisclient

*supports MCCP 2 via zlib.

*features a fast, flicker-free terminal.

*doesn't mangle ANSI color codes.

*parses durismud's XML and generates output to seperate windows.

*allows user defined fonts via #font

*supports aliases, triggers, hotkeys via #alias, #trigger, and #key. The first two only accept regular expressions at the moment

*doesn't have full terminal support (missing cursor positioning) and consequently mangles the login ASCII art

*still needs user defined variables and scripting.

*still needs a naval HUD in the spirit of xpertmud or THUD. The prototype HUD is accessible via #naval whilst on the ocean.
