Backward compatibility
This update includes a hotfix for a backward compatibility issue that prevented the 0.21.4 CLI from applying service configurations on dstack servers older than 0.21.3.
It's recommended to update the CLI from 0.21.4 to 0.21.5.
[!NOTE] The server update from 0.21.4 is only necessary if you use the REST plugin with a plugin service that depends on
dstackolder than 0.21.3.
