Dr Fit enables to automatically fit a curve to your experimental dose-response data. The data, which should be saved in .xls files, is uploaded through the software which then automatically models it. The resulting curve can be saved in a high resolution figure or as a matlab figure. Responses/Effects can also be interpolated/extrapolated at various doses.

Dr Fit, associated method, and our new multi-phasic model have been described in the following paper:

G. Y. Di Veroli, C. Fornari, I. Goldlust, G. Mills, S. B. Koh, J. L. Bramhall, F. M. Richards, and D. I. Jodrell, “An automated fitting procedure and software for dose-response curves with multiphasic features,” Sci. Rep., vol. 5, p. 14701, 2015 (http://www.nature.com/articles/srep14701)

Features

  • Visualize dose-response data
  • Fit regular mono-phasic dose-response curves (Hill equation)
  • Fit multi-phasic dose-response curves
  • Save results in high quality figures
  • Interpolate/extrapolate responses
  • Calculate effective concentrations (e.g. GI50)
  • Extract model parameters
