kernIV -- Graphical User Interface to compose a line of 3-D text from a line of ASCII text. This particular program is geared toward composing three-dimensional geometry derived from the DotsPlus proposed Braille mathematical typesetting standard. http://dots.physics.orst.edu/dotsplus.html SourceForge project page: http://sourceforge.net/projects/dotsplus3d/ Author: Stewart Dickson http://us.imdb.com/Name?Stewart+Dickson http://emsh.calarts.edu/~mathart/MathArt_siteMap.html http://www.csm.ornl.gov/~dickson mailto:mathart@emsh.calarts.edu mailto:dicksonsp@ornl.gov Copyright (C) 2004 See Program Dependencies (Open Inventor/Coin3D/FlTk, Dots3DFontsIV) below DotsPlus fonts are Copyright (c) 2003 by ViewPlus(R) Technologies 800 NW Starker Avenue - Corvallis, Oregon 97330 U.S.A. ph: 866.836.2184 - fax: 541.738.6505 - e-mail: info@viewplustech.com web: http://www.viewplustech.com This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version. To do this, it uses the Open Inventor/Coin3D file parsing facility. To find the font files, the Open Inventor file parser will look in directories listed in the $DOTSOBJPATH environment variable. $DOTSOBJPATH should be set to a colon (:) separated list which includes the full path of the directory in which the DotsPlus3D Open Inventor font files have been installed.
