We're using it to document work on multiple projects within our organization. The managers love the stats and totals. It's kind of tedious for employees to enter everything they do if they work on several projects but worth the effort. I'd like to see a simple way to extend the options within the interface. A query tool would be nice to be able to get, for example, subtotals based on different criteria than the canned reports.
