This project is based on unfinished project https://github.com/DjvuNet/DjvuNet and DjVuLibre reference library.
Solution can be build with Microsoft Visual studio 2012, target platform is .NET v.3.5, so it can work on any Windows OS, beginning with XP.
Demo project shows the usage of library and helps to understand DjVu file structure.
Library has some unimplemented features and some undescribed in specification features. It was tested on more then 1500 files. Only really broken files haven't been decoded.
Unimlemented features were'nt found.
Current version seems to me reasonably reliable.
