Thermistor
	Connect to Analog Input pin (ie A0)
	Thermistor is wired with 10K series resistor
	Input pin will go HIGHER when thermistor resistance decreases in value
	Voltage reading on pin will depend on resistance of thermistor
	A simple lookup table/formula can be used to determine temperature
