Release 1.0

In this release are the 2 versions of the code,
"old", which solves the linear system with an LU
decomposion algorithm, and "new", which uses Lapack.
Also included are 3 documents explaining the analytical
method and experimental validation. There is also
a set of experimental data to use the code on.
