New features

• Per-feed skip_elements — strip unwanted HTML wrapper elements (by tag / .class / tag.class / #id) from body fields before rendering, plus automatic trimming of leading image/rule noise. Restores clean lead paragraphs when a site prepends banners to its content.
• wrap_urls (on by default) — wraps bare http(s) URLs in <…> so Discord doesn't attach a link preview to every URL in a summary. Set wrap_urls = 0 per feed to disable. This is so that paragraphs full of links don't explode into tons of link previews, and instead we retain the choice with link vs <link> of preview or not.
• Oldest-to-newest ordering — new entries are posted in chronological order. Mostly helpful on a new feed, but also helpful for magazine-style feeds that tend to post a bunch of new things at once.

Maintenance

• Over-engineering audit: dropped several dependencies in favor of the stdlib (requests→urllib, pytz→zoneinfo, in-place→pathlib; removed aiosqlite, feedparser), de-duplicated the discovery helper scripts, and trimmed dead wrappers/logging.
• Docker image updated to python:3.14; CodeQL analysis added; assorted CI/dependency updates.
• fix: enable asyncio debug via loop.set_debug.
