Dotted access to nested / attribute feed fields

Podcast and other rich feeds carry data in namespaced elements (<itunes:duration>) and attribute-only elements (<enclosure url=…>, <itunes:image href=…>). feedparser_rs exposes these as typed, dict-like sub-objects, which the fields = … templating language previously couldn't fully reach.

Added

• Dotted field syntax — reach a sub-object's value with itunes.duration, enclosures.href, itunes.image, links.href, etc. Resolves one scalar (the first element when the base is a list; use [delim]field.key to join all). Composes with every existing markup form (##, -#, >, <>, ``).
• Field discovery — show_sample_entry.py, show_all_entries.py, and newfeed.py now print every reachable field as the exact config token plus its value (nested fields included), flagging list-backed fields with the [delim] join hint.
• Shared feedfields.py — one module both the bot and the utility scripts import, so every token the scripts show is guaranteed usable in a config.

Fixed

• html2text no longer mangles URL-valued fields (it rewrote &e=2 into &e;=2); rendering now runs html2text only on values containing whitespace, leaving URLs/tokens raw.
