• add headers, blockquotes, spoilers, and strikethrough to process_field
  • #/##/###/-# prefix renders Discord headings/subtext (first line only)
  • > prefix renders a blockquote (all lines including blank ones prefixed with '> ')
  • ||field|| renders as a spoiler; combines with other markers e.g. ||field||
  • Fix ~~strikethrough~~ to require double tilde; single ~ was never valid in Discord
  • highlightmatch regex updated to treat ~~ and || as required two-char units
• logging overhaul with 6-tier debug scale
• replace pprint with rendered html2text output in helper scripts

Performance

• skip re-parse for feeds without ETag/Last-Modified via content hash
• enable SQLite WAL mode for cheaper commits
• commit once per poll instead of after every write

Bugfixes

• close per-poll SQLite connection to stop ResourceWarning leak
• treat transient network errors as retryable, not 'unexpected'
• stop logging useless HTTPError tuple; status already logged
• log to systemd journal socket with bot name as SYSLOG_IDENTIFIER
• various other improvements to logging
