Icelandic word sound database.

To download Icelandic word sound database you need to download:
1) ds_sound.sql from icelandic-word-sound-database 
2) audio-uploaded_files.zip from root directory

Notice: This sql table is already included in dictionary-system-icelandic and dictionary-system-hvalur.
This Readme file and directory related to Icelandic word sound database directly, not to Dictionary System, and
is placed here because it shares the same audio files.
