The program is actually interesting, but there is no sense from it here. Do you know why? free software is published here (gnu gpl and similar licenses), and you have no license information in the program - it only states that you are the copyright holder, there is source code, but there is no license in it either. The properties of the project can be easily changed, so they have no legal force, not to mention the fact that it could not have been published here by the author.
