- Indy : Latest version 10 (from https://github.com/IndySockets/Indy). This new Indy allows to access to https://devphp.sf.net which is needed by menu Options/Check for updates
- Installer : libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll are installed but are illegal in countries where encryption is outlawed ; therefore these files are not included in the portable version.
