libtool.la (libtool archive): A text file that supplies instructions to libtool for linking to a library.
pkg-config.pc: A text file that supplies information such as name, version, and installation paths of a library to pkg-config (or pkgconf).
rdme.md: Markdown "README" file that I use for software directories on DelugeBuilds.
