Notes:
    * Could not build with libpng 1.5. Had to install 1.4.
    * LIBPLOTUTILS_2.6-PNG14_DEV: Use this package if you have a version of
      libpng installed that is newer than 1.4. The libraries here have been
      combined with libpng v1.4 to avoid incompatabilities with v1.5.
      Otherwise libpng 1.4 will need to be installed in place of 1.5.

Configure Options:
    --prefix=/mingw --enable-libplotter --enable-libxmi CFLAGS=-DNO_SYSTEM_GAMMA
