These are the 2.8.0 external dependencies.  Download these so you can build delta3d yourself from source.  There are both source and binary
distributions of the dependencies for both Windows 32bit Visual Studio 2008-2012 and  OS X 10.7-10.9  64 and 32bit universal binaries.
