This file describes how to start DecentChat on your computer. The two most
populer Operating Systems are supported, Linux and Windows.

How to start DecentChat on Linux:
    You just have to execute the start script called "DecentChat". Use the 
    parameter "--help" to see all options.
    
How to start DecentChat on Windows:
    You just have to execute "DecentChat.exe" which is a native executable 
    binary file.
