Framework Prototype Releases

This folder contains releases of the Interoperability Software Framework prototype.

The content of these releases is as follows:

v1.1: the initial release of version 1 of the prototype as demonstrated in Copenhagen in January 2013.

This version uses an R-Studio environment as the client and demonstrates NM-TRAN-to-MDL and MDL-to-NM-TRAN conversions only.

v1.2: the second release of version 1 of the prototype as demonstrated in Amsterdam in April 2013.

This version uses the MDL IDE as the client, demonstrates MDL-to-NM-TRAN conversions only and offers direct integration with the Interoperability Software Framework.

v2.1: the initial release of version 2 of the prototype.

This version uses the MDL Editor as the client and demonstrates MDL-to-PharmML conversions only.
