D&D Campaign Tracker Files

Features:

-Read a .GIF or a .PGM from file, and display on screen.
-Saves previously opened map file to config.ini
-Displays data for settlements

To Add:
-Save all data.
-Help window.
-Variable image size.
-Add cities/towns/villages etc.
-Autogenerate stats for settlements.
-Ability to edit settlements.
-Add quests, map, important NPCs for settlements.
-Overview of settlements and quests on main page.

NOTE: At the moment, the map image will always be cropped to 800x600.
