DDA Auto Exclude Files

IMPORTANT This application requires the Microsoft Access Database Engine.
Without it the application will not run
You do not have this installed automatically.
Get it by either:
	Searching for Microsoft Access Database Engine Redistributable
	Going to: www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255
	Installing Microsoft Office

IMPORTANT If you have Microsoft Office 64 bit then the MassLynx Sample Reader component will fail.
You must replace C:\MassLynx\MassLynxSampleExtracter.exe with the version in the Office 64bit support download folder.

Fixed crash on app start. This was due to not including the sample list processing library in he installation (!!!)

Fixed crash on app close, but had to sacrifice sample list batches that do not start and stop on DDA Auto Exclude.
If your batch is more than the files you want to process, anything more than the files you want to process, the exclude list won't be initialised correctly.
You will end up with some of your last samples data in there.

Stylesheet highlights masses that were added to exclude list
MSMS mass list and current exclude list now copied to raw folder
Exclude file always writes 0.0 retention time.
Excludes by either unique Mass or unique (Mass, Retention Time)
Supports sample list batches that do not contain DDA Auto Exclude for every file.
Installer adds program group shortcuts in both Win7 and XP
