TE is a great tool to start learning DB2, I will recommend it as the must-have tool if you're studying for a DB2 certificate like me.

Beware this is NOT a simple standalone DB client tool. It requires DB2 and Apache server installed first. Do not download this unless you have these pre-requisites already working - otherwise it is useless.
