Q: How do I install it to my hard-drive? A: Open up the menu and search for "systemback" and once it's open, click on "Install to system" and follow the instructions! A2: Choose "system installer" when booting up the LIVECD.
Q: When I made my account, I lost my conky! A: Open up conky-manager and browse to /usr/share/images/.defaults/ and import the theme pack.
NOTE: MAKE SURE TO RUN "sudo apt-get update" BEFORE TRYING TO DOWNLOAD ANY PACKAGES.
This is my own respin of Debian (Jessie) 8 with my preferred applications and settings.
If you want to make your own user or modify the name of an existing one, follow the instructions below.
Make a new user
- If you want to make your own user, open the menu and search for "Users and groups".
- Click on "Add" and follow the instructions. (You can delete any user if you want to).
Rename a user
- Open the menu and search for "Users and groups"
- Find the user you want to change the name of
- Click on the little pencil tool next to the name of the user and edit it to your liking.
- Reboot for effect to take place.
