About CVAssistant
    CV Assistant helps you create specialized resumes in Word .docx
    format fast and easy.
    The idea is to have a master resume will all skills and experiences
    in it. Then based on skills mentioned in the job advertisement,
    select those parts of the master resume which match exactly the words
    entered in the advertisement. This increases your chance of getting a
    job interview as most of the companies are using Applicant Tracking
    Softwares or at best hiring managers unaware of similarity between
    phrases like "skilled in MS Word", "familiar with Microsoft Word"
    and "Fully experienced with office suites". As a result you may never
    here them back or even an automated "Sorry but..." mail just because
    youre resume is not ranked high in their automated search or tired
    eyes of the hiring manager couldn't find "MS Word" in your resume!
    This may look a bit stupid but it also looks legibel when you consider
    thousands of desperate resume with completely irrelevant skills sent to
    all kind of job advertisements online without applicants even reading
    them!
    There must be a software to help managers filter irrelevant resume and
    therefor needs job seekers to create specialized resume for each and
    every job advertisements with the same wording used there.
    You may already heard this advise and started creating several resumes
    different in their wordings but all with similar meaning. Job hunting
    is a hard task. What makes it even more horrible is to create a new
    resume for every "Apply" button!
    But you need not to worry. CVAssistant helps you free of charge and
    this software remains free!
    You first need to create a master resume with all kind of skills you
    have with all the possible wordings ever. For example:
        C++
        Object oriented programming
        OOP
        C/C++
    Don't try hard to enter everything. Later based on job advertisements
    you face you can enter more items to your resume.
    Then it comes the artificial intelligence of the software. You copy
    and paste required skills and the software will analyse your master
    resume and will tell you how many times a skill is repeated there.
    You can then select only those items which have the relevant skills
    in them to be included in your final exported file. You can also
    let CVAssistant auto-select them for you!
    Finally you can export your specialized resume as a .docx file. but:

                          DO NOT RELY TO COMPUTERS!
            NEVER FORGET TO READ EXPORTED FILE BEFORE SENDING IT!
