winpstops - a CUPS filter to repair Windows generated PostScript jobs

This filter fixes violations of the DSC conformance and/or page independence of PostScript jobs generated by tze Windows PSCRIPT5.DLL generator.

It has been successfully tested with Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 10.
