hpgltops a cups filter to convert hpgl/2 to PostScript

This filter converts (multipage) HPGL/2 plotfiles to page independent and (mostly) DSC conformant PostScript files.

The basic routines are written in 1992 by Alun Jones alun@wst.com. For those who are interested in the original files, they are contained in the archive hpgl2ps.tgz .
