gstoxps is a CUPS filter to convert PostScript or PDF to XPS
using Ghostscript's xpswrite device, which is available as of 
(AFAIK) Ghostscript version 9.10 and above.

It permits supporting XPS-only printers, though the xpswrite 
device currently has implementation determined deficiencies.
