click through image overlay v1.0
system requirements and recomendations:
- runs on windows only at this time.
- windows xp/vista/7 is recomended, may run on windows 2000 but not tested
- 32 bit windows is recomended, may work on 64 bit, but not tested
- 1 GB RAM or more recomended (512 MB free RAM) (most desktops made in 2004 or newer come with at lest 2 GB RAM)*
- hard disk space reqirements varry due to requirements needed for .NET framework**
- intel penteum 3 or better or equivalent (generally, on pentium 3 & 4, windows xp or older is recomended for any software)

*most windows 32 bit OS's only allow about 3 GB RAM
**on vista and 7, .NET framwork is built in and does not need to be installed. however, the install will check anyway.

instalation:
- prety streight forwrd.
- run the settup executable and follow setup instructions on the screen.

features:
- displays images, web cam feed, and text (10pt black on white) in an overlay with adjustable transparency while being invisible to mouse clicks.
- the overlay can be resized to fit various needs.

some known bugs that may ocurr:
- some check boxes are checked, but do not show it.
- fullscreen does not cover the entire screen, leaving the taskbar visible.
- when lock to move is checked, the overlay covers the controls and when transparency is high, makes it hard to see controls.
- webcam feed staying the same size.

upcoming upload:
v2.0
attempting new feature(s) (do not keep your hopes to high. these are experimental!):
- a "snap!" button allowing a still capture of webcam feed (of course, there would be a "get out of it!" button to go back to live).

currently coded and tested, but not uploaded:
- all of the above v1.0 bugs fixed
