How to use the code:

In order to compile and build the project you need to have the software 
requirement be installed on your operating system including Matlab Component 
Runtime (MCR) 7.7 and .Net Framework 2. A data folder containing
the whole necessary database is also required. Both of requirement can be handled
by just downloading the setup file from the following page and installing on 
the operating system. After installation has completed you just need to copy
the data folder inside the installation path to the debug/release folder of
the source code.
