Lil’ OpenAI-Compatible Protocol Fix
This is a hot little mini patch to fix a regression in OpenAI-compatible endpoints that could occur when turns were stopped partway through. This regression happened because we were furiously making improvements for the DeepSeek V4.X Flash series that you all cannot seem to get enough of!
Thanks also to the very patient @teddytennant who fixed a small bug around turning home dirs into ~s.

Verifying the artifacts
