  • what is this horror and how to manage it? launched the game and immediately plunged into the ground. Only 2 seconds passed. Full bulls***.
  • runs under Ubuntu 13.10 It's a good sim. Very good graphics. Very limited choice of planes, engines, options, etc. Difficult to alter airplane defaults. No documentation, so cannot create or alter planes to match your actual model. Needs community help. FMS is very good for planes (setup, flying, models), while CRRC is limited but far better for graphics. Anyone know how to create planes?
  • really nice game, in my opinion. (i am referring to version <0.9.1> ) it works well, it's realistic, and it also looks good. Nice 'atmosphere' too. The library of environments could be extended to include also hilly locations, but it's ok anyway. The background texture should be done partially transparent because when plane hides behind, likely there's no way to correct because it disappears entirely. I know that semi-transparent surfaces are a fuss with GL but it would be worth it. Also, the engines could emit smoke because it's a funny detail in real-life model planes: of couse i mean something very basic... . I know it's a model-plane simulator but the option of airplane-view (like in normal flight-sims) could be included to allow users optionally a bird-flight above the playground before goind on to model-flying seen from real human-view perspective. Ah... put some screenshots becasuse it's worth it.
  • thx, will try. Is it working on 64 bit?
