Fixed
- Every language: completed imports remain retryable when writing their evaluation marker fails, without evaluating historical imports or counting concurrent imports twice. Checks no longer time out completed imports awaiting that marker.
- Every language: pg_cron retries failed writes within the source process, even after newer runs advance its cursor, and preserves whether the failed import was historical backfill.
- Ruby: alert requests enforce the overall deadline when a server trickles response headers.
- Python: alert request deadlines close the connection during TLS handshakes and response reads.
- Rust: updated rustls to 0.23.46 to address four security advisories.
- Elixir and .NET: corrected HTTP test connection handling and synchronized fake-clock timeout tests.
