Dear Reader,

This folder contains example data for crAss, the cross-assembly tool for comparative metagenomics.
There are three example data sets:
- a toy example illustrating the minimal input necessary to make crAss work
- 3-dimensional example (viral metagenomes from two human feces samples and a human nasal sample)
- 15-dimensional example (several viral metagenomes from human and water)

Download and unzip the .zip or .tgz file before uploading the individual files to crAss at:

  http://edwards.sdsu.edu/crass/
