This is the Milestone9 release of C++QEDv2, which is a framework for simulating open quantum dynamics.

It mainly concerns improvements of documentation: http://cppqed.sourceforge.net/

Some changes in the code, the testsuite, and the compilation system also occurred, as was deemed necessary to address certain more or less annoying inconsistencies noticed during the documentation process.

The package ...BoostIntegration... contains the necessary Boost libraries, which are all header-only, so that they do not need to be installed on the system. Cf. http://cppqed.sourceforge.net/installation.html#boost-integration
