Changes for version 0.2.4:

- major renaming of some key classes to disentangle the concept "operator"
  from the concept "equation / expression / Liouvillian"
- Python bindings can be installed as regular Python module
- several new demos that demonstrate the use of multiple electronic states,
  the set up of a thermal state, and Lindblad relaxation (the latter unfinished)
- added a Projection operator
- setting up a plotting observer is way simpler now, multiple coupled channels
  can be plotted
- several fixes to the output observer when using multiple coupled channels
- some other minor improvements
